It is ‘inconceivable’ how perfect The Princess Bride is even years later. The Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra performed the movie score while the movie was playing and now the movie became even more spectacular to the audience in attendance. The incredibly young and old came to see this performance. Moon Doh is the associate director of the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra and his charisma helped bring this beautiful music and movie to an exhilarating evening. The Princess Bride and the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra are a perfect match. A chilly evening turned into an amazing experience for an unsuspecting audience entering Heinz Hall theater.

True love, sword fights, a giant, a pirate, a prince, horses, ships, castles, a miracle, revenge, a grandfather, a book, and a sick young lad make up a perfect combination for an incredible movie. The Princess Bride is the movie which has everything for everyone. Everything in this movie is wonderful, the acting performances, the script, and of course the musical score. Mark Knopfler, better known for the band Dire Straits, composed a brilliant score for The Princess Bride. This movie is beloved by millions across the world. There has never been a movie like this before and there never will be, it has everything.

The Princess Bride was shown on a screen above the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra in the Heinz Hall theater. The musical score was performed throughout the movie just as though one was watching the movie, but the music was live in real time. This is an incredible opportunity to watch a movie in this setting and it is spectacular from beginning to end. Moon Doh is the perfect conductor to have this performance. He is charismatic and he was having just as much fun as the crowd in attendance. This is one of the best performances of the season. A wonderful world-renowned orchestra and a movie is a beautiful mix for a lovely date night for anyone. This movie is a great movie for any age and anytime. The movie may be a older movie but it is the best and the actors still get questions about their performances and the actors still go to conventions to speak about this movie.

The Princess Bride is a movie that has given the world a belief in miracles, some of the best lines in a movie, for example: “My name is Inigo Montoya. You killed my father. Prepare to die.”, “True Love never dies”, and “Have fun storming the castle.”, all of this and a performance by the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra equals a lovely evening.  A wonderful evening was had by all and it is beautiful.
