Long Pond, PA, USA-Elements Music & Arts Festival (https://www.elementsfest.us/) in Long Pond, PA is an EDM festival, and its stages are themed after the four elements- Air, Earth, Fire, and Water. It is in Long Pond, Pennsylvania and is part of The Poconos. The drive into the festival is one of natural beauty all around. Arriving on Friday after a beautiful and rain-drenched drive, it is time to check-in, then set up camp. Once to camping area, which is neat to camp in the middle area of a speedway (not on the raceway itself, but literally in the middle) is a beautiful way to check out a raceway. A great night of music is happening late into the overnight.
Friday night is a beautiful night of music and dancing. The sunset set is provided by Ganja White Night at the Fire Stage. The evening continued with Wonka Willa at the Water Stage. More music and more fun by all attendees is had as night began to fall. The Lighting of the Cauldrons at the Fire stage made everyone realize how magical a weekend is going to be, no matter what Mother Nature had in store for the patrons of the festival. Friday night included ATLiens on the Fire Stage, Above & Beyond on the Earth Stage, and as the later night Kettama at the Air Stage and Crankdat on the Fire Stage.
Early Saturday morning, the music kept going with Chris Lake at the Earth Stage, and Big Gigantic on the Water Stage. An amazing set from Excision took to the Fire Stage. Boys Noize on the Air stage and over at the Fun Factory, the fun didn’t stop because Future Joy made a statement.
In between walking from stage to stage one will find porta-potties/lous. If one is lucky one can stumble upon one and a hidden Speakeasy. This Speakeasy is The Balding Beaver and offers a variety of drinks, an electric cow to ride, music and dancing bartenders. After the Speakeasy it is back out to rave the night away with great music. A beautiful, exciting, and wonderful first day, let’s see what Saturday Day 2, brings to this beautiful community.
After a few hours of sleep, it is time to explore different areas. Being able to walk around a raceway track for exercise in the morning is a nice way to get a day started. They have a group camping area that is called the Vibe Village which one can go enter, in GA there is different area names too. For example, cowboy or monkey. This is just a fun way to find one’s camp.
More exploration throughout Elements in the afternoon, finding peacefulness in the Neon Forrest, experiencing a variety of small market festival shops, and checking out the stages without any distractions. A calming afternoon. After a good rest, walking back through the festival gates for a great night of music!
During the day the music continues, Sirens at the Air Stage, MLE at the Water Stage, and Earth Signs at the Fire Stage.
Upon entering the area of Bizarre and Fun House, an entertaining show of music on the Bizarre stage and a variety of performances happen at the Fun House. After eating and walking around through the Neon Forrest, a nice evening for dancing is on the itinerary.
This night is filled with lazers, lights, pyro, and fun. Good vibes throughout the night into the early morning. Nikita, the Wicked, at the Water Stage, and Louis the Child provided the sunset set at the Fire Stage on Saturday evening. Another sunset set is given at the Earth Stage from Clozee. At night Level Up lit it up at the Earth Stage. Ray Volpe at the Water Stage, Of The Trees took to the Earth Stage. SVDDEN Death destroyed in a great way on the Water Stage. Dancing the night away! Early Sunday morning Subtronics performed on the Earth Stage.
Waking up in the tent after dancing the night away, getting up and ready for the last day. Walking to the festival gates an unfortunate mishap became a problem for this writer’s last day. This writer has an ankle injury but a huge THANK YOU to the medical staff onsite.
During the day on Sunday Lightcode by LSDream hit the Water Stage and PNTHER took to the Water Stage too. Luna Mar performed at the Air Stage. Probably the most exciting and anticipated performer of the weekend, GRIZ, who did the Sunday Golden Hour set and it is glorious.
The Earth Stage is a dancing mecca with Daily Bread at night. LSDream performed at the Earth Stage. A beautiful night so far and more still to come all night. Porter Robinson at th Earth Stage made many memories. The roar was deafening from an audience. The dancing went on throughout the night.
After a long night, left and stayed at TRU Hotel by Hilton (https://www.hilton.com/en/) for a shower and a good night’s sleep. Nice staff and nice room. The drive back was just as beautiful as going to the festival. The beauty of nature will never be tiring. Overall, this festival is wonderful experience for anyone.
