Bounding onto the stage with ‘Go Away’, As December Falls starts the night as they mean to continue; with edgy guitar riffs, crashing cymbals and crisp vocals.
Having formed in 2014, the four-piece have developed and refined their sound, and it shows through their confidence and presence on stage. Fans familiar with Paramore and Fall Out Boy will instantly recognise the band’s sound, but their performance on the London stage certainly shows that they are forging their own path. The night continues with tunes from their latest album, Happier., as well as a well-received cover of My Chemical Romance’s ‘It’s Not Okay (I Promise)’.
As December Falls continues to rise as a beautifully blended powerhouse of pop, punk and rock. With songs reminiscent of the early 2000’s, dynamic melodies, and a strong female-lead, the quartet prove they are ones to watch out for, both on stage and in the studio.
Their next single ‘Mayhem’ comes out this month. To keep up-to-date with the band, head to their website; https://www.asdecemberfalls.com/
