Its a funny old smell to the grind. Oxo cube like. Coffee too you’ll be glad to hear. There’s an aftersmell of almond, and the slightest hint of cherry and apricot, which helps salvage the smell.
When you drink it, Mokka pot preparation, it releases a small vaporous pool of tranquility into your mouth, with hints of caramel, woodiness, earthiness and forest fruit, followed and rounded off by an acrid smokey, tinny aftertaste.
Soft, earthy, fruity and acrid.
