I’m going to introduce a section to Vanguard Online at the bottom of the magazine on writing.
From now on I’ll be publishing a monthly review of the writing we have, in the writing section on Vanguard Online.
The idea is to get you to question whether there might have been a better way of writing the article, to improve the experience of the reader.
I imagine some people are not particularly interested or do not have the time to be self-reflective in this way, and that’s fine.
But for those of you looking to become professional writers it may help you identify ways of becoming a better writer.
I’m happy for others to also post articles about what they think makes a good review, on what they’ve found useful and on anything they’ve learned from VO writers or writers further afield.
