Listermania hit Dublin last night in The Academy with the London folk-punk band Skinny Lister. Currently touring their fourth studio album “The Story is…” the six-piece brought their high-octane live show to Dublin with support from Derry punks The Wood Burning Savages.
If you haven’t seen Skinny Lister live you are missing out! With songs that have choruses that will have everyone in the building singing and music that you can’t help but move to. Even if you don’t know the songs you won’t feel left out as the band are one of the best at crowd engagement, from going for a dance in the crowd to passing around a big old jug of Listermania (which I presume contained some sort of alcoholic beverage).
