Occult-influenced rock beasts Sextile have shared a second track from their upcoming debut album ‘A Thousand Hands’. And it’s a bit scary. And exciting. Parts of the intro sound like a vinyl record being played backwards, which is a bit funny if you can remember the ‘Satanic Panic’. Rolling, reverb-soaked drums soon arrive along with Brady Keehn’s incantations and surf-horror guitars. It sounds like The Meteors minus the camp, the Amazing Snakeheads with a ouija board. Bet they’re a riot live.
