To the vast majority of people (or rather, those of us old enough to remember the 80s sitcom) the words ‘cast of cheers’ conjure images of Kelsey Grammer, Ted Danson and Woody Harrelson. After listening to this album though people will forget all about the place where everybody knows your name and only think of this Irish quartet.

Family is a stonker of an album. It is infectious and hook laden. Taking all the great bits from the likes of Foals, Bloc Party and Two Door Cinema Club and combining these together with their own twist to produce this punchy album. The tracks flow easily and give the listener just enough time to catch their breath before reaching a crescendo of perfect math rock. Lovely indie goodness.
