 Brigade are back and are touring the country with Aiden. Having just got to The Cockpit as they graced the stage I was interested to see how they had progressed as a band. The last time I saw them was back in 2005 (supporting the mighty Biffy Clyro) and so a lot could have changed. Thankfully though they have stuck to the same formula which consists of Will's infectious vocals and the melodic guitar riffs. They perform their new track 'Pilot' and it seems to go down well with the crowd, which in majority have the average age of 15. Their set is fairly short which is kind of disappointing but they do make a great impression on the crowd. Their new album 'Come Morning We Fight' is set for release on May 12th. Brigade are also about to embark on a May tour with Fightstar which will see them appearing all over the country. Then they will also be giving the people of Download a Brigade performance. One thing’s for sure Brigade are a force to be reckoned with and judging by their busy schedule they may just be the band on everyones’ lips this year.
